Shipping policy

Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $10 per order and Express shipping is $15 per order. Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 days. Carrier transit time is additional. Choosing Express does not shorten processing time.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent when your order is fulfilled. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Contact us if your order has not shipped within 2 days.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address carefully before checkout. If you notice a mistake, email vaultedpieces001@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We will try to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is dispatched.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and help resolve it. Keep the packaging if your order arrives damaged.

Local pickup

Pickup availability depends on your ZIP code. Check pickup availability. Pickup details are shown only after eligibility is confirmed.
