Returns, exchanges & order support

Midnight is a limited first drop. All sales are final for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges. Please check the product details and contact vaultedpieces001@gmail.com for sizing help before ordering. One size selection applies to both the hoodie and sweatpants.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. A replacement depends on available stock.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions. If we request a return for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will arrange the return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
